The Philadelphia Flyers will be an obvious team to watch at the deadline. With the club rebuilding, they have multiple trade candidates, including Rasmus Ristolainen, Scott Laughton, and Morgan Frost.

While the Flyers could sell off some pieces, they should not be against adding if it helps them long-term. When looking at their roster, they have two specific needs they should look to address.

First, adding a top-six center for star rookie Matvei Michkov should be on their to-do list. It is no secret that they could use more skill down the middle, so they should monitor centers with term.

Another area the Flyers could improve is their goaltending. Their goalie trio of Samuel Ersson, Ivan Fedotov, and Aleksei Kolosov all have save percentages under .900. Ersson has the best save percentage of the three, at .883. Thus, it would be understandable if the Flyers kept an eye on goaltenders in the trade market, especially if they have more than one year left on their deals.

Nevertheless, it will be fascinating to see what moves the Flyers make by the deadline from here.
