Christine McVie’s Belgravia penthouse listed for sale

Ms McVie, who died in 2022, purchased the Eaton Place penthouse in 2015 after selling her Grade II-listed manor house in Kent, keen to return to the city she loved.

The three-bedroom, 2,700 sq ft home, now listed by Beauchamp Estates, has undergone a stylish interior revamp overseen by designer Simon Buhl Davis.

The penthouse features three-metre-high ceilings, marble fireplaces, a walk-in dressing room, vaulted skylights, and a private roof garden, all set within a grand white stucco-fronted building in the heart of Belgravia.

Following McVie’s death, The Standard reported artwork and personal items from the home were auctioned in Nashville, with proceeds benefitting music charities.

Now, her estate, managed by longtime friend and manager Martin Wyatt, is selling the property, with agents expecting global interest. Beauchamp Estates is managing the sale.

“The London penthouse of the late Christine McVie of legendary British-American rock band Fleetwood Mac provides privacy and security,” said Gary Hersham, founding director of Beauchamp Estates.

“We anticipate the proposed sale will attract global interest from discerning buyers from around the world.”
