Kylie and Morgan Owen launch Harcourts Kalgoorlie

Kylie and Morgan Owen have joined Harcourts, opening a new office in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia.

The Announcement:

Harcourts Western Australia has announced the opening of its newest office: Harcourts Kalgoorlie.

Led by business owners Kylie and Morgan Owen, the team at Harcourts Kalgoorlie collectively has over 90 years of living experience in the Goldfields.

“We’ve seen all sorts of changes, both peaks and troughs,” Mrs Owen said.

“It’s a diverse town with strong community values that more than 30,000 people call home.”

When asked why they chose to join Harcourts, Mrs Owen was straight to the point:

“Our team picked Harcourts, with their core values aligning with our culture,” she said.

“Who would not want to work for a brand that is rated in the top three brands by performance in Australia?

“When we asked the team about Harcourts and the Harcourts brand we were met with an overwhelming positive response.

“I think the core values of the brand align with our own beliefs of care and well-being of staff.

“There is a lot of need in today’s work force that the brand meets, and this is so important these days.

“We just signed and pulled on a blue shirt!”

Harcourts WA CEO Shane Kempton said the move was significant.

“Kalgoorlie being a regional centre for the Goldfields, exists based on strong relationships,” Mr Kempton said.

“From its origins in the 1800’s when people flocked to the area, chasing a golden future, and before there was any main infrastructure, people relied on each other.

“You could say it was a “people first” community.

“Fast forward to current day, and the town hasn’t forgot about what is important – people.

“Kylie and the team Harcourts Kalgoorlie are local people too, and understand and respect the importance of relationships.

“Harcourts has a people first culture, driven by our core values, and attracts like-minded people, that’s why the move to Kalgoorlie and joining forces with Kylie and her team was the right move.”

Mr Kempton further emphasised the potential of this partnership.

“With our shared vision of striving to provide the finest experience in real estate, we can assist Kylie and her team to enhance their already successful business combining our global resources and reach, with our national and WA local on ground support team,” he said.

“With a shared vision and shared resources, we can create a genuine win/win for the community and for Harcourts Kalgoorlie.

“Together and no matter what your real estate plans are, at Harcourts, we make it possible.”
