Michigan State basketball transfer Tre Holloman committed to his new school on Sunday.
Holloman will play his final year of college basketball at NC State. He made the commitment official on Sunday afternoon.
Holloman surprised many when he entered the transfer portal last week. He was one of three Spartans to enter the portal, joining Xavier Booker and Gehrig Normand. Holloman was by far the biggest surprise of the group, though.
Holloman averaged 9.1 points and 3.7 assists per game this past season as a primarily bench player. He was also reportedly strongly considering North Carolina, Villanova and Baylor.
